Our program supports multiple MPNs in California.
If you received an MPN Acknowledgment, you are agreeing to participate in any of the MPNs listed on this page unless you opt out a specific MPN.
If you want to opt out of any specific MPN, you may do so through written notice in accordance with the provider acknowledgement agreement.
