You may view, download, and print Site content for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission. Nothing on the Site grants any license to use MedScore360 trademarks.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or conducting denial-of-service attacks
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without our written permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any submission to the Site

Submissions

Information you submit through Site forms is governed by our Privacy Policy. Do not submit protected health information, claim details, or other confidential medical information through public Site forms. If you need to share confidential information with us, contact us first at customersupport@medscore360.com so we can provide a secure channel.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDSCORE360 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. 

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
