Become a part of the solution.

MedScore 360 seeks to collaborate with skilled doctors who have a strong understanding of the workers' compensation system and are dedicated to delivering high-quality, appropriate care.

To be a candidate for inclusion in a Medical Provider Network (MPN), you must meet two requirements: (1) establish a contractual relationship and (2) provide a Physician Acknowledgment confirming your agreement to participate. You can start the acknowledgement process by completing the form below.

To expedite the process, make yourself available through one or more of the participating Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs). While direct contracting is an option, it can be lengthy, so participating in a PPO is typically the fastest route.

Our goal is to engage in meaningful partnerships with doctors

Frequently asked questions

How do I get considered for your MPN?

MedScore360 manages MPN listings for multiple customers. Inclusion criteria varies by client, but for the most part we are open to new providers that meet standards for patient care and claims management consistent with quality outcomes.

Do I have to sign a PPO agreement?

Most MedScore MPN programs do not require you to sign a PPO agreement, although clients may opt to use a specific PPO for their program.

You are required to sign a physician acknowledgement in accordance with CA regulations. This acknowledgement will be sent out to participating providers by MedScore.

If I signed an acknowledgement form, am I automatically included in all of your MPNs?

The decision on whether to include a provider in an MPN is made on a program-by-program basis. Signing the Physician Acknowledgment makes you an active candidate for inclusion in our programs. While we endeavor to keep you apprised of participation, the official record of participation in any MPN is the public listing.
